i need to be able to run 2 miles in under a time 16:45. would it be best to train for this before or after lifting?
differnt day, or 8 hours later or before and if u cant, id prob persoanlly do after.
Do whatever you have the first priority for first. If you want to improve your running do running first, but this will be detremental to your lifting and vice versa.
