Lower body fat and gain muscle ?
I have been bulking since christmass and I hav e seen good gains. However I am starting to notice that my body fat has definatly increased more than i would like it to. Although i want to be leaner so my six pack will show again , i am still much smaller than i want to be. Is there any way for me to lower my bodyfat and still keep gaining?

you can stop the bulk now and cut then once you are done cutting get right back to bulking.
