    slept on my arm wrong? wtf?

    got too drunk and fell asleep with my right arm bent and my body putting pressure on it.... woke up at 3 and the elbow was painful to bend and put pressure on, did i compress a nerve or something, it feels much better today, but i'm going to wait till tm to go back in the gym
