Workouts for posture

I see a lot of guys in the gym and on here that bench a house but when they walk, their shoulders are rolled forward and they are hunched over like that dude in Hunchback of notre dame. I forgot, is that an underdeveloped back and shoulders causing this, or an over developed chest... maybe both?

i've heard it called "benchers posture" when the chest is overworked and the back is neglected. this leads to foward rounding shoulders. The best way to get rid of this (atleast what makes most sense to me) is the push pull routine and focusing on working your back as much as your chest i.e. following a chest routine (push) with a back routine (pull).

I dont know the exact anwser to this but if I had to guess I would say that their front delts and chest are overdeveloped and in relation to those parts there back is underdeveloped. So I guess according to your post possibly a little bit of both

A good solution is to start to work your back at a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio compared to your chest. Perform the 3:1, 4:1 ratio for a period of time until you start to see and feel the difference. Then gradually bring back equal ratios. Come back to a 2:1 ratio then over time to a 1:1 ratio
