I was lifting yesterday and I couldn't get 140 for 5 times?
I could easily do this two weeks ago I think it might be from CellMass.
I had an ear ache so my mom accused the supplements right away(yes I know it wasn't the cellmass) and didnt let me take it for 2 weeks.
Did i have a bad lifting day or did the ccreatine wear away like the old kind does, because CellMass isn't supposed to go away.

your 14 your lifts may fluctuate around some, lots of factors here but not the cellmass
