    How do i build stength,without bulk?

    Hey everyone,i'm needing to know the best ways to build,strength,as part of a cardio workout,without,adding very much body weight?

    oh,sorry,i'm new,i'm 6"0 180 cutting to 168 for competition,i do
    grappling,cardio glide and sparring,but am a total dunce when it comes to proper weight lifting.i need to be a ripped 172,so i can cut water for weigh-ins and make weight.
    any help on a good weight lifting course or program,would be greatly appreciated.
