Incredibly, i get about 37.5 grams of protien per can of tuna. Its only about 50 cents more expensive than regular tuna, but tastes a lot better- its the only tuna you can eat by itself. I think regular cans of tuna have about 32 grams of protien.

I buy one can hat had 32, but i think the CHUNKY WHITE TUNA has 37, dont remember off top of my head....

salmon is a better source for protein but the cost is an issue...
a sandwhich with tuna probably has bout 40gr proteintrain hard and you will get results!

I'd say probably like 25 grams of protein a sandwich. Take a 6 oz can and make a sandwich and compare the size of the sandwiches, my guess is the school one will be smaller

you better check out what brans of tuna you use. Some may contain soy protein, the most evil protein on earth (that is, if you prefer to have your testosterone levels lowered)

a Regular 6OZ can of tune should contain about 39 Grams of tuna since every 2 oz of tuna have about 13 grams or protien. Read ur can if it has 6 oz on it and on the back has around 12-13 grams then your looking at about 39 grams of Protien!! thank u !
