what all do you guys find helps burn fat the best? (besides a pill) what exercise, how long, how frequent, and when in comparision to weight training?
str8 says to do 45 min of low intensity cardio (walking) IN THE MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST
Try cardio after weights for 30-40 mins moderate intensity, 3-4 times a week. Make sure you get your protein shake immediatley after. If you lose weight very very easily and dont hold a lot of bodyfat then do what kutlus suggested.
