If I'm on an all chicken diet I feel less active all around, and nothing turns me on to the point where I wouldn't mind if it just fell off.
But when I get back to eating beef, lamb, deer, and or fish, I'm more aggressive, and can TOS all I want.

Is something wrong with me? I can't get fully aroused when I just eat chicken.

if you're on an isocaloric diet and you're having roughly the same fat cals daily, the problem lies elsewhere, but my guess is that when you load up on the chicken you're cutting a lot of fat from your "other" diet.
you know what to do. jump on fitday and figure this out for yourself.2007 INBF Long Island Experience:
