I'm trying to cut down my BF which is currently at 18%. I do a 60 minute bike ride daily for 1 hour and then to the eliptical machine for 20 mins at my gym. I currently eat 2500 calories/day. What would happen if I kept up my excersise routine but I dropped my calorie intake to 1500-2000? Will I lose weight faster or do more harm then good?
