Two raw material suppliers contacted me and told me the FDA is now considering it a drug. I'm sure a few suppliers will be able to get it into the country for a few months. Eventually, they will catch up to it.

I think your suppiers are hosing you. The status has never changed. They probably just got caught bringing it in for the first time because they didn't file the right papers in the beginning and have the wrong classification. So now they're toast.

One of the suppliers is yours. I saw labels for your company while touring the place recently.

Anyway, I saw a pallet of 400 kilo's of piracetam being sent back. This happened this past weekend while I was visiting. They allowed aniracetam through, but were calling back the piracetam. There are other suppliers that have it. It is just the start of them looking at these things.

Considering that I supply numerous companies in this industry materials, I can assure you that I know more about the legal workings of some materials than others on this board.
