    I have the same thing. Check out http://www.exrx.net/ExInfo/Posture.html. They have a good section detailing the various postural problems, the lifts that may be difficult, and stretches/exercises you can do. I find that the hardest thing for me is keeping my shoulder blades pinched together during various lifts, like bench press. As soon as I do a pressing motion, my shoulders naturally come forward.
