    thats because when its hot your blood flow is increased making your veins pop out more, and on the opposite end when its cold your blood flow slows down making your veins less visible

    Just something not mentioned.

    My bodyfat is according to some test thing near enough 30% and i have some vascularity in my forearms.

    I use hand grippers alot and fist pressups (pressups on your knuckles), seems to build up your forearm well to increase the size and veins in the forearm.

    Hope that helps.

    i saw one of the articles on the supersite saying that every once in a while you can do vascularity sets, which is where you take extremely light weight and bust out a set of 80-100, this does nothing in terms of size or strength, but it causes the area to need much more blood, and will increase cappillary density. it will give u more veins in the area that is worked, basically. but u would still need lower bf% for them to show. and whether they look good or not is pretty much genetics

    Low body fat and bigger muscle. When your muscle grows it pushes the veins out. Thick skin doesnt help, so no low sodium intake. also Cardiovascular exercises . Fishoil and nuts will help you alot too.

    I've heard

    I havent actually worked out since getting out of the army besides teaching martial arts. along with a broken foot, dislocated left elbow and then a torn pec minor and delt.

    now a guy in the gym said do wrist curls. take a small wait on a curl bar so a bar and 5 on each and wrist curl it for 12 reps and add 5 more each time and do 5 sets. Ive done it for 3 days/times and I can see mine now. I can see the dark green ones all the time now, so I think it works.

    also, flexing your forarms for 5~10 secs for about a min will show you where they are, they do this in the hospital when you give blood, also using a hand ball or grips and hand strengthening devise will help.

    most climbers dont diet or train they just climb and do grip strength stuff.

    If you don't eat for about 2 weeks and drink loads of water they will be gigantic. But be careful, when you start eating again try to avoid high fat, carb, sugar, salt, and calorie foods. Foods like carrots, cucumbers, and lettuce are good. Your body fat percentage will drop fast too. I do it all the time. Longest I've gone without eating was 5 weeks and my veins were gigantic.
