It's like guys with small penors saying it's not the size that matters, or broke people saying money doesn't buy happiness, or ugly ass guys that aren't ever dating a girl pretending it's because their standards are just too high.

im not huge..but im not small either. Im 5'10..prob weighing in at a little over 210 now.

I respect all the small guys, as long as dont try to spread there "knowledge" on lifting. I hate when the small F#cks try to tell me on how i should lift.

Believe it or not there is a guy in my gym who used to lift who now gave it up in exchange for endless bouts of cardio, starvation diets, and he is trying to be a toothpick by the end of the summer. He does it cuz he believes girls love guys that are skinny.

Believe it or not there is a guy in my gym who used to lift who now gave it up in exchange for endless bouts of cardio, starvation diets, and he is trying to be a toothpick by the end of the summer. He does it cuz he believes girls love guys that are skinny.

When he sees that he's wrong he'll start lifting again. Some teenage girls might like that look, but no one in the real world does.

I had the best of both worlds. At 14yrs old I was 5ft8 220lbs with a 42" waist and no muscle.

Then I lost the weight and shrunk to about 160lbs with a small base.
It took 5yrs of training going through different stages of growth to get to 235lbs by 21yrs old.d

Doesn't mean they were laughing at you because you're small. Most big guys couldn't care less. Everyone had to start some where.
