Leg Ext. 200 for 3 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
Seated Leg Curl 270 for 3 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
Reverse Grip Pulldown 150 for 3 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
Incline Bench Press (3) 45 Lb. plates and (1) 2 ? Lb. plates each side (6 ? 45?s and 2 ? 2 1/2?s total for 3 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
April 23, 2007 Training
Leg Press (8) 45 Lb. Plates each side (1) 45 Lb. Plate on Top 17 plates total for 3 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
Reverse Grip Pulldown 150 for 7 reps. Go up in weight for next week.
Incline Bench Press (3) 45 Lb. plates and (1) 2 ? Lb. plates each side (6 ? 45?s and 2 ? 2 1/2?s total for 4 reps. Stay at this weight for next week.
