Can anyone suggest some
I will be overseas for 4 weeks and not alwyas sure I can access a gym, naturaly I want to keep my glutes in tip top order so any help will be beneficial!

Bulgarian Squats. If it is too easy, incorporate static holds throughout the ROM.
