Recently i've hit a huge plateau in all my presses. I know everyone is going to say "work triceps". Well i do, i do close grip i do dips i do everything. What i was wondering is if its a good idea to alternate between doing high reps (10-12) one workout, and low reps (6-8) the next workout. I know i've heard of people doing this and i need something to mix up my very stagnant chest workout. Thanks.

yeah, try changing up the order of your exercises and try going extremly heavy like in the 1 to 3 rep range. You could also try some extra intensity techs like, rest pause, heavy negatives etc.
