    Unhappy Wobbly legs during squats

I just started squating again after a couple of years and my legs are shaking when I start to go down on squats. I was only using 100lbs and I can get it with good form but my legs wobble... any ideas why?

Same thing was happening to me, it is getting better though. Just stay fairly light and concentrate on form.
    It takes time...

Creatine makes me shake like a leaf in a storm, if I take it too close to working out. Caffeine? Other speed, like ephedrine, etc?

If not diet and certain it's strictly the weight you will need to strengthen up laterally-supporting muscles in your legs and realise that although the normal (axial, tensile) muscles do the work, it is the lateral (perpendicular) musculature which controls stability. Try running, basketball, skiing, ice skating, something to strengthen that which squats cannot touch. The sideways stuff.
