Hey everyone, I just started into getting fit, and I have heard alot about supplements. I am not sure if I am going to start using them (probably not), but I am wondering what some of the different supplements (glutamine, creatine, amino acid, ripped fuel, ect.) do. I have searched in the forums but most of it just came up as one-liners in various topics. Can anyone help me out just with what the various supplements are, what they do, and how to use them?? Any help is appreciated.
