    I drink Optium Nutrition 100% Whey Protein and im totally guessing on the calories cause i never checked lol i think its around 95 or something. I drink that stuff 3 x a day

    I drink 1 Whey shake with 2 cups of milk preworkout and 4 scoops of Cytogainer with 2 Cups of milk postworkout. It comes out to like 1350 calories.

    as for the topic, I usually drink 1-2 a day. 2 is max. I try to eat instead of relying too much on supplements. just my opinion.

    for work out days i have these:
    cytogainer- cals?
    a milk+oats+banana+1 1/2 scoops whey = 500 calsish. for my post w/o drink
    then a milk+oats+olive oil+whey= 600+cals
    then on non work out days i have 3 of the olive oil shakes randomly inbetween meals. i substitiute olive oil with PB sometimes.

    I workout in the morning so I drink one right after my workout, then I have another one after school. Each shake I have 1.5 scoops of ON whey. So I drink two a day.
    Bulk for the next few months, I love food...

    On off days I usually just drink one unless I can't fit a good meal in for some reason.

    On training days, I'll have two to three shakes.

    Each shake has like 230 calories with skim milk.

    I drink two servings of Prolab N-Large on workout days (one in the morning, one postworkout). 1 serving = 4 scoops. Combine that with roughly 16 oz of milk and that's like 800 calories twice a day on workout days.

    On off days, other than three meals I barely eat. I should start drinking at least one Prolab on an off day...

    what brand? personally i love protein shakes. almost like a smoothie sometimes and its the closest thing to chocolate my diet has.

    4x a day. 2 scoops per serving. Sometimes I have more servings than that if it's a tight schedule and/or am low on money.
