'Really? I bought mine. Yeah, they sell them at K-Mart and ****.'
'He died in the Korean War.'
'Wow, what a coincidence. Mine was made in Korea.'
No one – and I repeat, no one – has ever died for a flag. See, a flag ... is just a piece of cloth. They may have died for freedom, which is also the freedom to burn the ****in' flag, see. That's freedom."

milk is perfect
Its your own decision but sugar will break down your muscles and you will also gain some fat. I would eat lowfat cheesecake or quark or whatever its called in english (i,m dutch and yes my spelling and english sucks but i dont care!) it has zero fat in it 35 grams of protein and 0,4 sugar. MUCH BETTER!

no its not there is even more sugar then protein in milk so if you drink 25 grams of protein milk you also drink 37 grams of sugar /

I would stick with cottage cheese (mm..curd), and maybe have a glass of milk as well.

Milk's sugar is diferent than something like fructose, Its called lactose or something. I dont know much about it, but I know its not bad. Also, sugar is good for your muscles, it doesnt break them down.
I would stick with cottage cheese (mm..curd), and maybe have a glass of milk as well.

They also make casein protein which is the same type of protein that is in milk. I have two scoops of this mixed with 16 oz of skim milk and a half cup of all bran extra fiber. Which has 12g of fiber and only 8g of other carbs with no sugar. Fiber also helps keep the protein in your system longer. So with the slow absorbing protein of casein and fiber it should stay in your system all night long.

The Cheese Cake Factory don't know if you heard of it but very expensive restauraunt over here. ONE LITTLE SLICE of cheesecake has over 1000Calories!!! ya lets eat a whole pie of that before we go to sleep... lol
Anyway I might as well contribute to the thread. I take in a bowl of non-fat cottage cheese and a few spoonfulls of natty pb.Last edited by ReSpAwN DeMoN; 04-07-2004 at 10:26 AM.
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins
