Better creatine? Green Mag- Anabolic switch
i dont hear much about (MRI) anabolic switch but when i do its always good stuff(with 7 types of creatine in it and what have you). I hear all good stuff about green mag also but how do these 2 compare. Anyone have take these or know which has better results?

Anabolic Switch looks like it's much more than just creatine, it's got EAA's as well

RenegadeRows- sometimes i hear u get better results with powder is that true or would green buldge be just as effective because takin all these diffrent drinks can get old sometimes

It's just method of delivery. Caps are essentially powder encapsulated. Powder absorbs quicker, that's why capsules are recommended taken 45 mins pre workout instead of 15-20 with powders. GB works very well for me, great pumps and strength.

I'd go with SizeOn Or Green Mag... I would stay away from overpriced MRI products.

Haven't tried Anabolic switch but Green Mag tastes like liquid jolly ranchers and works great so you can't go wrong with that..
