I recently started working out each bodypart 2x a week. I hear a lot of people saying that once is plenty??? What are some opinions?
Here is my schedule:
Mon: Arms/legs/abs
Tue: Chest/Tri's
Wed: Shoulders/Back/abs
Thur: Arms/Legs
Fri: Chest/Tris/abs
Sat: Shoulders/Back
Sunff

Well... I can't tell you if you are overtraining but i can tell you:
- It will lead to overtraining
- It will possibly burn you out
- It can make you smaller or stop your muscle growth if you do overtrain
- Why would you do this... it wont make you grow any faster, if anything it will slow your progress, so unless you like to spend time in the gym and want to risk overtraining, stick to once per week split.
