Despite what you may think I have heard of kids at my school getting some good results out of it. Maybe not as well as something you would get from GNC but still it worked.

I got that **** first time i brought creatine, turns out it is creatien + the carriers, no pure creatine, i used to think the serving was 5g, so i used like 3/4 of the scoop, but it was 5g of creatine per 30g serving!!

The creatine they sell at wal mart here in toronto is called Weider Creatine ATP and Ronnie Coleman said that he uses it in an interview...check it out:

Where im at here in Canada Wal Mart sells Weider creatine for about 45$ (cdn) the jar has 600g............it was the biggest waste of money ever it didnt do a thing, stick to prolab or ast

I bought creatine from wal-mart
the weilder brand , it's in capsules , each capsule contains 725mg and there are 150 capsules in the bottle , i take 5 a day.As of May 17th 2004
