Other than low sex drive what are some other signs of low test levels. I am only 19 and I know everyone says that it should still be high this young but i always feel tired and weak and my sex drive has went down a little unlike a year or two ago it was out of control. Also I havent really grown much hair on my face or chest either. So are these signs of low test levels.

To the original poster, I wouldn't worry about the lack of face/chest hair, in many men that is something that develops relatively late.
If your secondary sexual characteristics (underarm and pubic hair, enlarged testicles, enlarged penis, etc) have developed normally, one assumes that you have at least undergone puberty.
Regarding your current symptoms of tiredness and decreased libido, it could be lowered test, but it is more likely the result of poor diet, overtraining, poor sleep hygeine, depression, or some other aspect of your life. Gonadal failure is quite unlikely at age 19.
I would see my primary care physician to discuss this situation. My place in here at bb.com is as a fitness enthusiast and recommendations do not represent medical advice. Please consult your examining physician for all medical concerns.

Being hairy or growing facial hair quickly is not an indicator of you ability to grow muscle or your testosterone levels for that matter.
I know many guys who rarely shave but have great genetics for building muscle and gain easily.
Also I have to shave every day and my testosterone levels are on the low end of the scale (everytime I have had the blood test anyway).
So anyway your problem could be many things like others have said so best to get a check up from a GP.
