    My top picks for exercises for all major body parts

    Starting with my personal favorite (back)

    1) deadlifts
    2) weighted wide grip pullups, and chins
    3) bb rows
    4) db rows
    5) cable rows

    (Chest)

    1) weighted dips
    2) incline bench press
    3) flat bench press
    4) decline bench press

    (tris)

    1) weighted dips (these are all I do now for tris)
    2) pushdowns (used to do alot of these)

    (bi's)

    1) weighted hammer grip pullups
    2) hammer curls

    (quads)

    1) back squats
    2) front squats
    3) sumo style deads
    4) leg press
    5) quad extension

    (hams)

    1) stiff legged deads
    2) sumo style deads
    3) leg curls
    4) leg press

    (quads)

    1) standing calve raise
    2) seated calve raise
    3) leg press (modified)
    4) sprinting

    (abs)

    1) weighted incline situps
    2) decline leg raises
    3) full moon situps
    4) hanging L leg raises

    (forearms)

    1) heavy deadlifts
    2) heavy shrugs
    3) reverse wrist curls
    4) wrist curls

    (front delts)

    1) military press
    2) incline bench press
    3) cuban rotations

    I think everyone will have a few different feelings on which is the BEST exercise for each body part but I think most will agree thats a pretty good list to base your routine around

    For tris i would have to say lying extensions and close grip bp.
    For bis i would say bb curls and chins

    Thats all i would change though.
