Late night workout and bed....
I work out everynight at about 930 and go to bed every night about midnight. I was wondering....
Should i have some sort of post workout snack after i get home from the gym or should i not eat anything so close to going to bed? I eat dinner at about 6 everynight. Needless to say im hungry after my workout, but I know your not supposed to eat right before going to bed, but i also know you should feed your muscles right after a workout. can someone please help me out with this???

After you work out, eat/shake 45 minutes after you get home, then sleep.

I generally don't like the idea of working out right before bed, but say ninety minutes or two hours before has never bothered me. Depends also on the workout - I get such a rush from my deadlifts I usually go practically manic for hours - not good for sleeping, heh.
Goals:
1. Figure out a way to bicep curl my girlfriend;
2. Be strong enough to bicep curl my girlfriend.
3. Bicep curl my girlfriend.
4. Brag to everyone that I bicep curled my girlfriend.
5. Get a bigger girlfriend so I can utilise progressive overload? o_0
