Possible leg exercises with a sprained ankle?

I sprained my ankle two weeks ago, and I've yet to regain the strength and, more importantly, the range of motion I need to perform them past a 50 degree angle. That is pointless since it amounts of a 5-10 inch squat.

What other exercises can I incoporate into my leg workout? I'm currently doing incline calf raises (one foot at a time with a much lower weight on the injured one), but due to the ankle can't do squats or standing calf raises.

    Maybe badminton???

Just kidding guy. Well, it seems the best thing for an injury is rest. For the time being, stick to leg curls and extensions. There is no reason to aggrivate it.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't really do two different weights either. That's not real productive in the end.

Damn, it'll feel weird going to the gym just to do ab exercises and nothing else. I'll be done in 15 minutes. (I do legs/abs on one day)

I made this mistake. I practically broke my ankle at work jumping over a TV box and falling, and five days later I was squatting. The gym work doesn't hurt, but the next week does. This was four months ago I first did it, and it still isn't right. Now it aches like a ****er, along with my knees, when it rains. Oh oh....
