the main place i'm lagging in in the chest, so if i do chest ,and tris on mon, and fri, will i see fgaster results? or is it overtraining?

I think it would be okay to try if you can recover fast enough. My chest is normally sore for about 5 days after training it.

Do it monday and Thursday so that you have 72+ hrs between workouts. Thats enough time to recover. I would train tris or shoulders with chest on monday, then the other one on thursday, with chest. That way you dont overtrain the triceps.
Also, dont do high-volume for your chest each day. Take the number of sets you usually do for chest, and spread them out over 2 workouts, so you have the same number of chest exercises each week (+/- 1). Dont do like, 10 sets for chest each time, instead 3 or 4.Last edited by sword chucks; 04-04-2004 at 10:58 AM.
