what's your wrist size??
hey guys whats up. i wanted to know what ur wrist size is.
mine is small, 6.5 inches so i just wanted to compare with other people in the forum.

yea they only grow as your body size does. i dont think they grow like a regular muscle..

I seem to agree with this one - no matter how much I've tried, I've never really been able to increase their size. I think they will increase with time though. 4.5 is my wrist size, and that's pretty small.....

wrists are genetic?? lol ... wrist = ur entire bodys muscle mass. type in sandow ideal and all of it is based on wrist size. ur wrists grow very slowly compared to rest of body.
