It is not all about disapline. First it is about knowledge. If you don't know what to eat, when you eat, how to eat. You will fail.
First thing you have to remember is eat 6-8 times a day. Small meals but enough calories so that you consume 500 less calories in a day than you consume. This food also has to be good food. Complex carbs, protein and good fats. If you don't know what to eat ask.
Second, don't even taste something sweet. If you have just a single cookie. Your body might have a insulim spike. Witch will clear your blood of glucose. Then your brain is going to tell you that you need more food. Since the brain wants glucose in the blood as fast as possible. You will crave what will get digested the fastest. Witch is more cookies.
Eat good food. Eat it often. Don't ever let yourself get hungery. Then your cravings will go away or will slim down to were you can control them.
Also, once a week have a single meal were you eat what you want and have your favorite desert after it.

ck85abc is right, you need a starting point. Nutrition is usually the main thing lagging in most if not everyones training it seems like. But outside of that, you say you go to the gym very often, your time in the gym might not be used very well also. Make sure to ask lots of questions about proper training/form, what overtraining is, how to avoid it, and nutrition. Just get on the bb.com articles sections and read lots and lots of stuff. If you get a magazine, don't read the muscle tech spreads, you won't be chizzled like a greek god if you take hydroxycut. BB.com has a vast array of different information for anyone with a sports/nutrition question. Also, learning how to spell discipline is a good step as well.

ive never had a problem with staying away from junk food because i dont associate eating with pleasure anymore. i forget to realize that often times most people do eat for enjoyment and giving up junk foods isn't as easy for them. i'd like you to try to disconnect yourself with the foods you eat..basically meaning you eat because you have to, not because you like to.
i think if you can commit to a solid plan, you will find that when you revisit the junk foods you once craved you will discover that it doesn't taste that good anymore!
it's all mental man. good luck to u.

Un cambio completo inmediatamente siempre es muy dificil. Usted debe trata de mejorar su dieta poco a poco.

tienes comida sana en tu casa? debes tener solamente alimentos sanos en la cocina si estás tentado de comer la comida insalubre.
