What would have done this?

I've been running on the streets every night as part of my training routine. I started a new supp stack on Monday which incudes a night time release test booster. Since starting the regime 2 months ago I've been running a 4.5km / 28mile route in around 26 mins. I've had a day where I had 2, 24 mins times but have been slack over the last couple of weeks only getting 3 runs out.
Last night I nailed the run in 22:11mins, thats over 3.3 mins off my time. I had to keep holding myself back as I thought I was running to fast and was going to run out of steam towards the end and not complete it.
I'd like your opinions on was this due to an increase in my test levels or purely down to a subconcious level as I had a pretty bad Body Fat result last week, I had only lost 1% over the last month as well as losing some lean mass.
