Why is it harder to eat in the morning?

In the morning I can't eat 1/3 of the amount that I can eat any other time in the morning.. eating in the morning gives me a bad feeling.

Why is that?

Never would've thought of it. I have the same problem sometimes when i wake up.

sometimes i get this too, i sometimes just try to choke down the food, or sometimes i wait till a little later to eat.

I wish I had this problem, lol. I usually wake up hungry as a mutha. But if I do fasted cardio that morning, I tend to lose my appetite, haha.

You know, that cottage cheese I have almost every night might be the culprit on why I wake up very hungry sometimes. When I have a bowl of fiber one with whey and PB instead I wake up not feeling hungry at all.

My theory is that, somehow, we are all being raped by some horrible mythical creature every night when we sleep. It's the only explanation as to why we feel like such **** and why our mouths taste like the most ungodly of things has died and been rotting in there for the past seven centuries every morning when we wake up.

when not training i wont wake up hungry but when I am training my ass off even after good pre bed meals I wake up starving, its the only time I'm ever hungry
