Finally my supps got delievered today from this site. I got whey, creatine, ZMA, fish oil, multi-vitamins, Xtend, and X factor. The only thing I have been taking before getting all this stuff is just whey. Now my problem is when can I start taking the rest of the stuff? My friend said I should wait for everything to settle in for 1-2 weeks before starting X Factor. Is he right? If not please tell me when I should start taking everything.

You could just start taking X-Factor now. Just make sure your diet is excellent, and you eat more protein/calories than normal while on X-factor for best results.
