    Protein before bed?

    I'm currently bulking. Is it a good idea to drink a weightgainer during the day, and slow digesting protein shake before going to bed?

    yep!! That's an excellent idea. Have your weight gainer midmorning and postworkout(especially if it has whey). For before bed you need slow digesting protein like casein. I like to have a mix of 70%micellar casein and 30%whey. You can get it at protein factory if you are interested.
