Is my workout good for building muscle and mass?

I've been doing this work out since the end of November with decent results I went to this when I switched to lifetime fitness and one of the trainers gave it to me. But are there better exercises or whole workouts that are better?

I just want huge gains as fast as possible.

1.Accumulation/ Balance (2 weeks)
2.Hypertrophy (8 weeks)
3.Strength and Power 2 weeks)
No Cardio ( my choice, since I burn

Monday - Chest
Incline Dumbbell Press
Flat Dumbbell Press
Decline Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Flies
cable crossover

Tuesday - Arms
Barbell Curls
Hammer Curls
alternating seated curls
concentration curls
cable tricep pushdown
dumbbell triceps extensions
wrist curls

Wednesday - Legs
Squats - Phase1: ball 20=30 reps
Phase2: smith machine
Phase3: Jump squats
Lunges
Calve raises
Tibulous Anterior

Thursday - Shoulders
Barbell presses
Dumbbell front raises
Dumbbell side raises
Dumbbell front to side raises
Arnold Press

Saturday/Sunday - Back
barbell rows
pull ups close grip
chin ups wide grip
close grip lat pull downs
straight arm lat pull downs

I do Abs a little every day.
Current supplements I use are from BSN (this company seems decent for me)
True Mass
NO explode
Cell Mass

Yeah I know, I thought this was kind of sketch when it was put together for me. Anybody have suggestions or a link for what would be better for me to gain.

After looking at this site I'l probably switch to either Westside or 5x5? Which one is "better" for getting bigger?
