"As you know bb'ing takes time, so even though you thought your 60 lbs would be as big as you'd get, now that your there, you realise you can do more. Its a good thing. It keeps you progressing and getting better. Be proud of how far you've come, and from that, be motivated about how much further you can go."

If it just feels really tight, that means your lower back is getting a workout. Now I couldn't say if you were doing them right or wrong, but deadlifts are mainly a lower back exercise, so its no surprise it tightens up.

its not our fault your a little bitch.

    jk

use a belt bro. be careful. one injury can set you back for a month or even a year.

a belt does not hinder core strength. it helps support your lower back. the belt keeps your lower back straight but it wont help your muscle stabilizers. which can be a setback.

when you pick up the weight and bring your upper body back the weight doesnt move your upper body. your back does

If you're feeling soreness, stiffness, or anything out of the ordinary in your spine or joints while lifting you're doing something wrong. You need to work on your form. You don't absolutely need a belt but maybe it would help you out. Make sure your back is straight at all times while lifting.
