    Unhappy I need help.....Losing fat without losing weight.

    is there anyway at all to lose fat without losing weight? if anyone here has done this please tell me how. I would really appreciate it. i've been dieting and lost 5 lbs already but only lose 1 lb of fat, and i don't wanna weigh less then 200 but i know i will if i keep losing muscle and less fat. which means losing more muscle then fat. please help if you can.

    ? Are you talking without losing muscle weigh? It all depends on how hard you train and what your diet looks like. Alot of other factors there too, but no matter what you do, to lose fat you have to fluctuate your weight a bit IMO/
    To achieve success is certainly tough, but keeping it...much tougher.

    Hey Jeff, you are a pretty big fella, so no doubt you will lose some muscle with fat. You definitely need to cut some carbs and up the protein to retain as much muscle as possible. Keep the weight training intense,and IMO heavy. Not sure of your current program, but you should hit cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. We would definitely need more info on your diet, workout routines, cardio routines, supp's and thermogenics to better help you out. But of course, we can only give opinions. Everyone is different.
