    amount of liquid in my protein shakes

    I dont like to have my stomach filled wit mad fluids after a long workout ...is it ok that i dont put that much water or skim milk in my shakes?

    Maybe it's just me, but I'd think that you would want to replace fluids after a long workout.

    I mix my shakes with about 2 oz less than the container recommends. I don't think a protein shake should be considered as replacing fluids. Water is best for this.

    mixing your shake with 2 oz less water than recommended is fine. I often mix my preworkout shakes thick like that so I'm not bloated. Don't sweat it
