No more than 2. Usually about 1.5 185g tins a day.

To answer your question. "chunk light tuna" has the least amount of mercury and possibly none.

Yeah that was one of my concerns, but bare in mind this "chunk light tuna" is not available in the UK, at least I've not heard of it or it goes by a different name.
The tuna I eat is is simply called "Asda Tuna Flakes in brine" from Ghana. It's the cheapest tuna I've been able to find. Could this be said "chunk light tuna".

i eat 1 185g can of tuna a day, i try to get the yellowfin, i would like to say because its better for you (which it is...err i think
) but really its cos its cheaper

i used to always do 2 cans but went down to 1 when i switched to canned chicken for one meal
