Hey everyone
Iv been working out on this routine for about a month or so and I have been making notes and such in a lil journal during my workouts.
But I want to keep more detailed a comprehensive trackings of my entire workout routine.
What do yall use to keep record and stuff?
Any good templates/computer programs?

well i maybe wrong but i quess alot of people use excel
