My Fav...
ombine in large mixing bowl:
3 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut butter
1 cup Skim Milk
4 Scoops Protein Powder
dash of cinnamon
Mix until a sticky batter is formed (may take a few minutes)
use a large spoon to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even)
top with 4-8 packets splenda
put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars that yield:
11g fat (good monounsaturated fats)
26g carbs
21g protein
285 calories

Hah, I made that exact same recipe today (from the Protein Bar Thread). They're in the fridge as we speak.
I had to force myself from eating the batter. Delicious.

10 scoops of Vanilla Whey [usually all Gaspari Intrapro (sometimes 5 Syntha-6 or Muscle Milk and 5 GF-Pro)]
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 cups of oats
5-6 tbsp. of Nat. PB
3 tbsp vanilla extract (real vanilla if you use imitation you'll have to use more)
1-1.5 container of Instone Vanilla pudding (regular is fine but this adds 20g protein)
2 eggs
1-1.25 cups milk
*to top - honey and crushed walnuts (cinnamon if desired)
Bars work out to be about 343 cals when cut into 10 (11g fat, 27g carbs, 34g protein). **This breakdown is for the Gaspari based recipe
- please make the necessary corrections when using the other proteins**
They must be stored in the freezer and microwaved at half power for 1 minute, unless you decide to eat all of them within 2 days.

Some people like them uncooked and others like to microwave them a bit with water first to soften them up. They only bake for about 8-10 minutes at 375 so I prefer to nuke mine for about 2 minutes first. Easier to work with the batter too IMO.

I forgot to mention this recipe is solid when tweaked in two ways:
First, substitute DS Sustain in as the protein base, cut out the vanilla and use chocolate syrup (DaVinci), switch the pudding to chocolate.
Second, switch the protein to Cinnamon Infusion (or half and half with cinnamon Prolab -- Muscle Milk works too), switch the peanut butter to almond butter, keep the vanilla just add fresh ground cinnamon to the top with honey before baking. These rock if you like vanilla/cinnamon.
