I am planning on doing one body part per day and cardio 7 days per week, will doing cardio 7 days per week be beneficial or will I be hurting myself?

well it depends what he wants.
You have to prioritise what it is you want to do.
if you want to grow, dont do cardio or just do it occasionally to keep the body fat down while your eating heaps trying to make new muscle... or if you want to lose body fat as your main goal then there isnt such thing as too much cardio.
you cant get much success trying to grow, annnd lose fat

Depends on the intensity and length of time your doing it.
Generally I'd say that YES you can overdo cardio. Look at a marathon runner's physique...is that what your looking for? You probably won't be doing their training regime but your build will drift towards theirs if your not careful.
Obviously building muscle/strength is important to you at some level since you are weight training. You have to find a balance that conincides with what your goals are. If your looking to lose fat primarily, then cardio 5 or 6 times a week is a good idea. If your looking to grow muscle then more than 3 times a week can slow down your gains.Te audire no possum. Cardio 7 days a week is to much imo if your trying to build muscle. If your trying to lose wieght i still would say 7 days a week is overdoing it.
