How good is Syntha-6 by BSN compared with Muscle Milk?
Just wondering which of the two products is the best?

seriously, arguing about the taste between the two is like trying to figure out if you prefer bentley or rolls royce... They are on par and you are lucky to have either one.

both mix well, both taste good, but Syntha-6 has much better stats. 2 scoops of Syntha has 10-15g more protein and I believe half the saturated fat of 2 scoops MM. The total fat count is close in both, but if I am not mistaken a good amount of the syntha is from unsaturated sources.

Syntha-6 tastes MUCH better than Muscle milk. It even tastes good with water. The strawberry synth-6 is the best tasting protein I have ever had. Mixability is also better than mm.

2 scoops Syntha-6 rocks out 10 grams of fiber, too! All in all, Muscle Milk Makes a hi-fat, lo-cab meal, and Synthat-6 makes an all out well-rounded meal. I don't use Syntha after a workout, but it is game anywhere else in the day. And wheverver in the day it is, it's my most favorite meal. Strawberry Milkshake will tear your face off! (in the good way)

For clarity, I was wondering if Muscle Milk or Syntha-6 are technically considered whey protein or is it a different kind of protein? Isolate? Concentrate? What?

So if I have trouble breaking down O.N. 100% whey, MM is probably not a wise choice for me on a bulk is it?

Digesting...
It looks like I'm going to have to make a homemade weight gainier shake when I get to my clean bulk.

Well syntha-6 has 5g of fiber, so only 10 grams of carbs, along with the fat and protein, which all blunt insulin release. It's a good MRP and for preworkout.

syntha 6 is good, but I think ISS micellar matrix and san infusion is a better anytime protein. I don't like that syntha 6 uses all caseinates.

The Vitamin World at my local mall has been giving away free samples of Syntha-6. I've been in there twice within the past three weeks, just to look around. I asked if they had any free samples of anything (hoping to try Cytolean), and they said the only thing they had samples of was Syntha-6. So far I've picked up 2 sample packs. Taste wise, it's excellent. I'm not sure if this is a nation wide thing, but it can't hurt to ask if you happen to be in the mall and see a Vitamin World. I've never bought anything while there (I always buy my stuff online), so you don't have to buy anything to get them. Anyway, just figured I'd mention this in case your mall has a Vitamin World (I wouldn't go out of my way for the sample pack since I don't know if this is a nation wide thing).

I love the taste of strawberry Syntha-6. Would it make a good pre bed shake, or is it too much whey and not enough slow digesting protein?
