I know that bulking is when you eat and eat and try to get yourself looking bigger.
I was wondering if you could list the stages of doing it, is it kind of like making yourself fat, but trying to turn the fat/food into muscle at the same time.
At the minute i am cutting, but intend to start bulking around August time, so i would like to get some facts first.

bulking is trying to gain as much muscle as possible. a clean bulk is trying to gain as much muscle as possible while putting on very little fat.
you cannot turn fat into muscle. doesn't happen. i would advise reading the stickies, they contain a lot of good information.

fat dont turn into muscles." 'Hey buddy, my daddy died for that flag.'
'Really? I bought mine. Yeah, they sell them at K-Mart and ****.'
'He died in the Korean War.'
'Wow, what a coincidence. Mine was made in Korea.'
No one – and I repeat, no one – has ever died for a flag. See, a flag ... is just a piece of cloth. They may have died for freedom, which is also the freedom to burn the ****in' flag, see. That's freedom."

Well, i only ask because i seen someones post which said that he was worried about getting fat when bulking.
But you would only get fat if you eat loads and didnt train, right ?
In theory, if you ate well, and trained well, you should get bigger, muscle wise, and putting on the essential fat, as your size grows ?GOALS for 2009:
