    question for people who have tried One

    I was wondering if you kept most of the gains you made, or if its like steroids and you lost it all after a while

    It has been 7 weeks since I ended my One cycle and I'm still 13lbs greater than my starting weight. That's with work and a new girlfriend f#cking up my training schedule and diet.
