hello ive been obese ever since i can remeber and in the last 2 weeks its really started getting to me so today(monday) im starting my diet. right now i weigh 270 but have a lbm of about 200 lbs from working out the last few months and playing basketball/bike rideing im trying to loose 70 pounds by october 28th(B-Day) wich is around 2lbs a week. heres my diet...
9:00 post cardio
1 cup oat meal 4-5 eggw hite 1 yolk multivitamin 3-4 fish oil pills
11:30
3/4 cup rice, 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup cc, 2-3 fish oil pills
1:30
lean beef,veggies, 2-3 fish oil pills took out rice for meal at 4 for carbs
4:00
3/4 cup rice,veggies,peanuts
6:30 coming inside not too active anymore
Chicken Breast,Salad,Veggies 2-3 fish oil pills
Before Bed:
1 Cup CC, Whey Protein Shake
