I was wondering if any of you guys know of the style Zane used?
Im trying to get some of his books but its not so easy in the UK. I have my eye on 2 books on ebay though. lol
I have read in some places he used a lot more isolation work in his workouts.
Does anyone have any idea and tips they know he done or what kind of routine he had?
Thanks

Frank Zane did typical 70's high volume, the way most of those guys did: @ 10-20 sets per bodypart.
He had discrete cycles of training, he cycled his training. Guys competed in less contests those days, do there was a yearly build up.
He was a 2x per week person per bodypart, who trained on a 6 day split.CSCS, ACSM cPT.
