i'm not looking for anything that will damage my body or have and too strange side effects. I play hockey and i'm mainly looking to gain weight around 175. i don't think gaining weight is a joke so i know the sup won't do the work for me.
sups that i'm considering are creatine, and some form of NO or NO2

ur first priority is to get ur diet in check .
your gona need to eat alot of clean foods such as chicken , steak , oatmeal , wholemeal pasta , legumes , eggs , veggies , wholewheat bread , fibre bran , fish e.t.c .
as for supps here are ur best bets
flax seed , whey , multi , creatine .
Peas and stuff like them. Wait you know what they are. Your probably wondering why he would recommend them. Probably because they go so well with carrots.
