Its possible, I have seen those poundages and even higher by a teen. Look at the powerlifting teens, all of the pounds are on par for teens.

haha! i find that i can do the same weight i can at on season and off season, its just in my on seson i take in at leas 2 and a half grams of protein per pound i weigh sometimes 3 and this really helps man!!

Anyone notice how he can deadlift 615 yet he can only squat 475 but can bench almost as much as he can squat? He can row almost more then he can squat. That's crazy though for 18 years old.

i can squat 400 at a weight of 165 so in a year or two and about 10 or 20 pounds heavier i can probibly match your squat. those are still some crazy heavy lifts my man

there was a guy at my school in the mid 80's, i of course wasn't there he graduated in 86 or something but he was 210lbs, and could bench 420 and squat close to five before he graduated he ended up going D1 football and his squat go to over 600 in college
